Shipping Policy

At ZelaFit, we provide a variety of shipping options at checkout, with delivery times clearly displayed to help you make an informed choice.

Please note that shipping times are estimates provided by our carriers, and next-day delivery is not guaranteed. Once your order leaves our warehouse, it is the carrier's responsibility to ensure timely delivery. If you encounter any delays, please reach out to us through our Contact Us page, and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

UK Shipping

We offer FREE shipping on all UK orders over £40 (order before 1pm, allow 2-3 working days for delivery). On orders under £40 a delivery charge will apply., which will be calculated at checkout.

All of our UK shipping is carried out by Royal Mail (2-3 business days). 

Please allow an extra working day at busy times such as bank holidays, Black Friday or Christmas time.

International & European Orders

International and European shipping options will be available soon.

Return Shipping Costs

For returns within the initial 60-day period, we will cover the return shipping costs for faulty goods within the UK. However, if you decide to return an unused product due to a change of mind, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
