Our 500ml soft water bottle and straw (included) are dishwasher safe. They should not be heated to any temperature over 60°C / 140°F.
Here are our top 4 tips for ongoing care:- When you first receive your order, rinse the bottle in warm, soapy water and leave it overnight to dry.
- After each use, give your bottle a good rinse out or clean it using a dishwasher and leave it to air dry.
- Leave the bottle cap in the freezer between uses to prevent bacteria and gunk build up.
- When the bottle is empty to make it easier to unscrew the cap, inflate it first

No, the vest is not completely waterproof, however, the main phone pocket is waterproof, offering protection in conditions of light rain.
