Great for heading out on a run. The front pouch is great for carrying your phone whilst out on a run/walk. Two little convenient Velcro pockets on the shoulder straps for keys etc. Great quality. Very well made. Didn't need to adjust the straps before first wear- fit great. 10/10

No, the vest is not completely waterproof, however, the main phone pocket is waterproof, offering protection in conditions of light rain. It is worth noting that since there are earphone wiring holes located at the bottom of the phone pocket, we do not recommend submerging the vest under water while in use.
