60-Day Return Window for Faulty Products

We are committed to the quality of our products. In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty or defective item due to a manufacturing issue, you have 60 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return. Our returns process is straightforward and hassle-free.

Please note that products that have been misused, accidentally damaged, improperly handled, or neglected in terms of care instructions will not be eligible for returns under this policy. Returns are only accepted for purchases made directly through zelafit.com or its subdomains. Items purchased from third-party marketplaces or distributors are not covered by this policy.

Eligibility for Replacement After 60 Days

Our dedication to your satisfaction doesn’t end after 60 days. If you encounter any issues with your product after this period that fall under the manufacturer’s 1-year warranty or are due to a manufacturing defect, you may still be eligible for a replacement.


Simple Return Process

To start a return, please contact our customer support team through our Contact Us  page. Provide your order number and a detailed description of the issue. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide all necessary instructions.


Return Conditions and Requirements

To qualify for a full refund or replacement, the product must be returned in its original condition, unused, and securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. Please include the original purchase receipt or order confirmation with the returned item.


Shipping Costs

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. For faulty goods returned within the initial 60-day period, we will cover the cost of return shipping within the UK. However, if you decide to return an unused product due to a change of mind, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.


Inspection and Refund/Replacement Process

Once we receive your returned product, our team will inspect it to confirm the reported issue. If the product is found to be faulty, we will proceed with your choice of a refund or replacement. Please allow up to 7 days for this process to be completed.
